Summing it Up...

Now, that I'm way on the wrong side of sixty, I feel that being true to self is important. "I yam, what I yam." Kindness and smiles are to be given away. Women are strong. Men are more vulnerable than we believe. Husbands may come and go...but one thing I know for sure is that I will NEVAH live without a corgi or coffee in my life if I can prevent it. Come piles of dog fur or hot water!

Lisa's

This is a fun site to visit! It's separated into interests and in decades; a lot of nostalgic fun with every click! I got lost in the 40's and 50's, but there is something for absolutely everyone to reflect upon and enjoy. Your decade is there to relive!

Dolly-world...

Lil' Emmy, my North Carolina grandbaby girl is a real doll. So much so, she's trying to take a nap in her doll baby bed that her momma fixed up for her Dora the Explorer doll. Emmy just turned two in February, so she sorta fits in it.
This dolly bed was given to me when I was four. I fixed it up for my babygirl, April, when she was Em's age. If it survives Emmy, maybe it will make it to another generation of apple-cheeked females in our family, who have a real hankering for cake!
