Summing it Up...

Now, that I'm way on the wrong side of sixty, I feel that being true to self is important. "I yam, what I yam." Kindness and smiles are to be given away. Women are strong. Men are more vulnerable than we believe. Husbands may come and go...but one thing I know for sure is that I will NEVAH live without a corgi or coffee in my life if I can prevent it. Come piles of dog fur or hot water!

Surprises!

I entered a caption contest on Miss Jean's site, and won for heaven's sake! She has a darlin' doggie, with a wide toothy smile, and wanted a fitting caption. Please go visit this friendly, fun blog. She's a doll, and her little doggie is too! She made a donation to Corgi Aid in my name as well. (I told you she was a great gal!)

This loot is just perfect for the likes of me...tea, scarf, cool mug, and a doggie book. Bring winter on baby cakes, I'm ready for it!
Thanks so much Jean, for your gifts...donation, and for your blog that is so much fun to read. You're in my daily reads now!

Thank you for the kind words. As I have said before, I think our dogs own us, it's not the other way around. Did I mention that my Mom who made the scarf is from Indiana? Hope you enjoy your gifts. I'm off to the UPS store today to mail them.
