Summing it Up...

Now, that I'm way on the wrong side of sixty, I feel that being true to self is important. "I yam, what I yam." Kindness and smiles are to be given away. Women are strong. Men are more vulnerable than we believe. Husbands may come and go...but one thing I know for sure is that I will NEVAH live without a corgi or coffee in my life if I can prevent it. Come piles of dog fur or hot water!

Reflect upon your blessings of which every man has plenty, not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.

Hi! I stopped by from Robin's Bittersweet Pumpkin blog. I live in Florida but grew up in Indiana so I know what winters there can be like. I still have family there.

Happy New Year to you. I have a blog as well but it is private. If I locate an email address on your profile I will send you an invitation to stop by.

Thank you. 18 degrees - cold. I think for fun I;d make a cup of tea, make a fire, and bring the sofa close and read and relax an hour or so - what about you?

It's in the 50's here in Georgia, and overcast. Not too bad. Everyone went back to work today and it is just my grandson and I - so relaxing.

Y'all come back now...
