Summing it Up...

Now, that I'm way on the wrong side of sixty, I feel that being true to self is important. "I yam, what I yam." Kindness and smiles are to be given away. Women are strong. Men are more vulnerable than we believe. Husbands may come and go...but one thing I know for sure is that I will NEVAH live without a corgi or coffee in my life if I can prevent it. Come piles of dog fur or hot water!

(6/30)

The corgis want a moment of your time tonight, so I'll step back and let them whine. Bored, bored, bored....oh, the tough life of a corgi. Is it too much to ask for a tad more excitement? Sure, we go out and herd sheep daily...from the open car window...one bark sets off the whole herd. Y'know what they say about sheep mentality, well it's oh, so true! Follow the leader is how they live their lives!
We go run in the open field behind the high school too. We run and jump and empty our colons there. It's great fun. Mom says 'run to the woods' and our short little legs make us look like weeble wobbles as we cut muster through the high grass.

They're cute, they're short, they have chubb-butts, they scarf food down as if they haven't eaten for a week. They bark at the mail man, and when the phone rings, but lordy, I'm thankful to have 'em.

If you haven't already, don't forget to sign up for the giveaway!

I think corgis must be originally from China. Their poor legs were bound at birth...tee hee...

Ooops, that's not the way to influence the corgis to sniff out MY entry in your giveaway!

I meant to say, corgis are as wise as Confucious! That's why I said corgis are from China!

I envy you for the joy you get from those sweet little dogs. I can just imagine them running in the field with abandon.
I had dogs for most of my life but they are forbidden where I live now. So, I have the four kittes-- but they don't quite compare to the love of a dog.

Our momma thinks that Corgi dogs are just so cute! She yikes da little legs! Could it be because she is short, too☺

Oh those poor pups! You need to bring them to West Virginia where they can chase squirrels all day long like my girls do! They actually caught one two weeks ago! Poor squirrel......

Hugs,
Angela

Way to go CORGIS!!! Lots of fun when out, but these humans just don't realize that we NEED their attention during ALL of their waking hours (and some of their sleeping time as well, which is why we lay where we lay) At least you are on track with your person as she is noticing the heavy sighs and bored looks!
