Summing it Up...

Now, that I'm way on the wrong side of sixty, I feel that being true to self is important. "I yam, what I yam." Kindness and smiles are to be given away. Women are strong. Men are more vulnerable than we believe. Husbands may come and go...but one thing I know for sure is that I will NEVAH live without a corgi or coffee in my life if I can prevent it. Come piles of dog fur or hot water!

All ready...

Snowman apron...packed.
Santa turtlenecks....packed.
Cookie cutters and mini wooden rolling pin...mailed and delivered.
Yep...tomorrow, is the long awaited day.
Flying out of Indy, a three hour trip from our NE Indiana home tomorrow.
Hubby dropping me off at the door, and scooting home before the snow hits.
Will return Tuesday with a boatload of memories I hope.
Going to NC to bake cookies with my girl and grand girl.
And check out the new baby bump.
Oh, and to see a Toy Story Ice Show in Raleigh on Sunday.
Oh boy, oh boy!

You just fly right on out and have a wonderful time! I used to do cookie parties with my "littles" including neighborhood friends. I did the baking in the morning and they came to decorate in the late afternoon. Sent them home loaded with sugar and cookies. Of course, I still had to deal with mine! I sure miss doing that.
