Summing it Up...

Now, that I'm way on the wrong side of sixty, I feel that being true to self is important. "I yam, what I yam." Kindness and smiles are to be given away. Women are strong. Men are more vulnerable than we believe. Husbands may come and go...but one thing I know for sure is that I will NEVAH live without a corgi or coffee in my life if I can prevent it. Come piles of dog fur or hot water!

O' Happy Day...

I wish you a day of ordinary miracles-

A fresh pot of coffee you didn't have to make yourself.

An unexpected phone call from an old friend.

Green stoplights on your way to work or shop.

I wish you a day of little things to rejoice in...

The fastest line at the grocery store.

A good sing along song on the radio.

Your keys right where you look.

I wish you a day of happiness and perfection-little bite-size pieces of
perfection that give you the funny feeling that the Lord is smiling on
you, holding you so gently because you are someone special and rare.

I wish You a day of Peace, Happiness and Joy.

What lovely sentiments! What a sweet person you are to post them!

My grandson and his wife visited over the holiday with their Corgi. What a darling dog! I see why you are so devoted to them.

Had my keys today but somehow, my house key got shut in a door and was bent. When Doug tried to straighten it, it broke. We had another so all is well.
